Nursing Recruitment Fees & Payment Terms

At Willing Recruitment, we believe in being transparent and clear about our fees, so you always know what to expect. Our recruitment fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year basic salary and vary depending on the role you are hiring for

Our recruitment fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s agreed first-year basic salary, as outlined below:

Healthcare & Nursing Roles and Role Fee Percentage:

  • Care Staff (Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants)12%

  • Qualified Nurse Staff (RGNs, RMNs, etc.)14%

  • Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Care Coordinators 16%

  • Managers, Matrons 18%

  • Senior Managers (earning £45k+)20%

Note: Our recruitment fee includes a fixed £250 admin fee (incl. VAT).
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

  • Successful Hire: When an Applicant we introduce to you begins employment with your company. Employing any staff member, contractor, or agent that currently or has previously been engaged by Willing Recruitment, following a direct or indirect introduction.

  • Third-Party Hires: If a third party hires an Applicant we introduce because you passed on their details, you remain responsible for the recruitment fee.

Performance-Based:

You only pay a fee when we successfully place a candidate with you and they start the job. This ensures we are motivated to find the right fit for your team.

Role-Specific:

Our fees vary depending on the complexity and seniority of the role. This means you only pay a fair rate that reflects the level of responsibility required. Junior roles attract a lower fee, while more senior positions, which require greater expertise and experience, come with a higher fee.

Predictable Costs

Because our fees are based on the agreed salary, it makes budgeting for new hires more predictable and easier to manage.

This model is often more beneficial than a flat fee because:

It scales with the role, meaning you’re never overpaying for junior roles, nor underestimating the effort involved in recruiting senior ones.

It offers a fair, proportional approach that reflects the complexity and responsibility of each hire.

It helps with budgeting, as fees are directly linked to salary levels, making it easier for you to plan and allocate costs based on the role’s value to your organisation.

We manage the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and overseeing onboarding.
