Offer Process

Working Together: Key Engagement Commitments

At Willing Recruitment, transparency and partnership are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure a smooth and successful hiring experience, we ask that our clients observe the following commitments when working with us:

Offer Notification and Communication

When an offer is made to a candidate introduced by Willing Care Recruitment, we kindly request that you:

  • Notify us immediately when an offer of engagement is made.

  • Share full details of the agreed remuneration package and the candidate’s start date.

  • Provide copies of any relevant contracts or documentation upon request.

To maintain a consistent and professional recruitment process, all communication, interviews, and offers of employment should be conducted through Willing Recruitment.

Failure to notify us of an offer, a candidate’s start date, or the full remuneration details will result in a fee of 18% of the actual or anticipated remuneration, or the percentage set out is based on a £40,000 salarywhichever is greater.

Re-engagement of Candidates

If a candidate we have introduced is re-engaged by your business within 6 months of the initial introduction, and you have not requested this through Willing Care Recruitment, a fee of 25% of the starting salary will apply.
