Rebate Period & Replacement Terms

At Willing Recruitment, we aim to ensure that you receive the best value and satisfaction from our recruitment services. To support this, we have implemented a rebate period and replacement policy that offers flexibility and peace of mind for your organisation.

Rebate Period

We understand that sometimes placements may not work out as expected. To address this, we offer a rebate period based on the number of weeks the candidate has been employed. The payment schedule for recruitment fees is as follows: 

  • Weeks 1 to 2 - 100%

  • Weeks 3 to 4 - 75%

  • Weeks 5 to 6 - 50%

  • Weeks 7 to 8 - 25 %

  • Weeks 9 to 10 -12.5%

This rebate structure ensures that if a placement doesn't work out within the first ten weeks, you only pay for the services rendered up to that point. We believe this approach is fair and helps you manage recruitment costs more effectively.

Replacement Staff Terms

If a candidate placed by Willing Recruitment does not meet the expectations of your organisation, we are committed to assisting you. We will use our best endeavours to find a suitable replacement staff member.

Conditions for Replacement:

Willing Recruitment Right to Recruitment Fee.

If a replacement is found, Willing Recruitment will waive the right to any further recruitment fee, provided this option is agreed upon in writing by both the Company and the Client. This ensures no additional recruitment fee will be charged for the replacement.

The replacement option will become void if the Client has failed to observe the Willing Recruitment payment terms, as set out in the agreement. Therefore, adherence to payment terms is essential for the eligibility of a replacement staff member.
