Refund & Rebate Policy
We understand that not every hire works out exactly as planned. To give our clients confidence and flexibility, Willing Recruitment offers a fair and transparent refund policy for tech placements.
Refund Eligibility
If an Applicant's employment ends within the first 10 weeks of starting their role, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the recruitment fee, depending on how long they were employed:
Weeks 1–2 – 100% of the recruitment fee
Weeks 3–4 – 75% of the recruitment fee
Weeks 5–6 – 50% of the recruitment fee
Weeks 7–10– 25% of the recruitment fee
Important Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
Payment Terms Must Be Met: Refunds are only valid if the recruitment fee was paid in full and on time (within 7 days of the invoice).
Admin Fee Deducted: A £250 admin fee (including VAT), already included in the original invoice, will be offset against any refund amount.
Written Proof Required: You must notify us in writing with proof of the Applicant's termination within 14 days of the employment ending.
