When Recruitment Fees Apply

A recruitment fee becomes payable in the following circumstances:

  •  Successful Placement
    A fee is due whenever a candidate introduced by Willing Recruitment commences employment with your business, whether on a permanent, temporary, or contract basis.

  •  Hiring Our Team or Associates
    If a member of the Willing Care team—whether a staff member, contractor, or agent—is employed by your organisation following a direct or indirect introduction, a recruitment fee will apply.

  • Third-Party Introductions
    Our candidate introductions are strictly confidential. If a candidate introduced to you by Willing Recruitment is subsequently hired by a third party, due to information shared by your company, a recruitment fee remains payable by you.

  • Acceptance of Introduction
    An introduction is considered accepted if your organisation proceeds to request details, conduct an interview, or engage the candidate in any capacity.
