What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience coordinating care or supervising a care team.
  • Knowledge of person-centred care principles.
  • Confidence using care recording systems and administering medication.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage care for residents according to their needs.
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
  • Maintain residents’ care plans on the computerised system.
  • Assist with induction, training, and supervision of support staff.
  • Liaise with health professionals to optimise resident outcomes.
  • Organise and manage your own shifts effectively.
