Darian Nys

Hi I'm Darian, recruitment to me is the ability to help people who are seeking their next role, whether that be to progress, to learn and develop, to start a career in healthcare or childcare. That’s what I do this for.

Healthcare is part of my family. My mum is a nurse, my aunties are carers, and I have also worked in healthcare myself, so it gives me a unique perspective. I understand that finding a new role can be challenging, and when working 10 to 12 hours per shift it may not be the priority to communicate with prospective employers.

I pride myself on my ability to listen to candidates, take on board their wants and needs and advise on the best opportunities, while also maximising on the relationships that I have to assist any candidate I work for, because I work for you. My job satisfaction comes from the pride I get when completing the task of securing a position that satisfies the needs of my candidates.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, football, and Formula 1.
