Care Home Manager – Up to £55,000

 

You’ll lead a service that provides dementia and respite care in a genuinely warm. In this role you will have the opportunity to focus on quality, performance, and long-term development.

 

Before You Apply

  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is required.
  • You must have previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
  • A strong CQC track record and commercial awareness are essential.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy
  • Experience leading residential or dementia care services

  • Lead the overall running of the care home
  • Maintain and improve CQC compliance and quality standards
  • Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
  • Recruit, develop and retain a stable staff team
  • Oversee care planning and risk management processes
  • Liaise with families, professionals and external stakeholders
