Deputy Nurse Manager – £50,500 | 40 Hours | Mon–Fri | Luxury Care Home Setting

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their team in a stunning, luxury care home known for delivering exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care. Set within landscaped gardens and a warm, welcoming environment, the service holds a ‘Good’ CQC rating and is celebrated for its high-quality, person-centred approach.
As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in all aspects of clinical leadership, compliance, and team development. You’ll be a visible, hands-on presence—championing high standards of care and ensuring that residents receive not just excellent nursing support, but real quality of life.
What You'll Need
- Registered Nurse qualification (NMC PIN required)
- Experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead in a care home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
- A proactive, values-led approach to nursing care and team support

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical care planning, risk assessments, and medication management
- Support and supervise nursing and care staff to maintain safe and consistent practice
- Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Support the Registered Manager in audits, quality assurance, and service development
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Take a lead on safeguarding and uphold dignity, choice, and compassion at all times
