Deputy Nurse Manager – Luxury Nursing Home | £59,000 per annum
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Driving licence required
Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join a luxury, purpose-built care home for older adults. The home has an excellent CQC rating and is known for its welcoming atmosphere, clinical excellence, and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse or experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. The successful candidate will balance clinical responsibilities with supernumerary management hours, supporting a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven leadership experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing and care teams to uphold the highest standards.
- Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and medication management.
- Ensure compliance with all CQC and safeguarding standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Step into the role of Acting Manager when required.
