Deputy Nursery Manager – Up to £38,000
Our client, a well-established, family-run nursery with an Outstanding Ofsted rating is looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to lead practice across the rooms. This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting Room Leaders to maintain high standards in teaching, compliance and daily organisation.

- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years is essential.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

- Confidence managing compliance and preparing for Ofsted inspection

- Support and lead Room Leaders in reviewing room layout, resources, and daily routines
- Train and mentor staff to improve teaching and learning standards
- Monitor practice to ensure full compliance with the EYFS statutory framework
- Liaise with the Nursery Manager on quality improvements and implementation plans
- Oversee planning and learning outcomes across age groups
- Promote a safe, stimulating learning environment including forest school activities
