Domiciliary Manager – £35,000 + Bonus + Company Car

 

A well-established domiciliary care service is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and develop its home care operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven care leader to take ownership of a growing service, ensuring high-quality care for clients and strong support for staff.

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary/home care (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant care in line with CQC standards
  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the care team
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure service sustainability
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement and growth of the service
