Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Early Years | £23,000–£28,000 | Nurturing Childcare Setting

 

This role is for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about helping children grow, learn, and play. You’ll join a nursery that goes beyond childcare, creating an environment that encourages curiosity, fun, and meaningful learning.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Passion for childcare and supporting children’s development

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS.
  • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
  • Observe, assess, and support each child’s development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
