Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – £27,000–£32,000
Children in this nursery spend much of the day outside - digging, planting, building, exploring woodland areas and engaging in child-led activities - with structured planning in line with the EYFS.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will build strong relationships with your key-children and families, delivering high-quality and child led activities, ensuring that they build confidence and reach their full potential.

- Recent experience in a nursery delivering EYFS-based activities is essential.
- You must be confident leading outdoor learning and managing a key group independently.

What You’ll Need

What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver child-led activities in line with EYFS, with emphasis on outdoor learning
- Lead forest school sessions and support safe risk-taking in outdoor environments
- Act as key person, completing observations, assessments and progress reviews
- Maintain accurate learning records and development tracking
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures, particularly outdoors
- Work alongside colleagues and external instructors to coordinate daily routines
