Multi-Site Nursery Manager Level 3 or above – Up to £60,000

 

In this role you will be overseeing two early years settings with full responsibility for operational standards, regulatory compliance, and performance. Working closely with individual Nursery Managers, you will hold direct accountability for quality, staffing structures, occupancy, and financial oversight across all sites.

 

Before You Apply

  • This role requires recent multi-site nursery management experience.
  • You must hold a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
  • Applicants without strong Ofsted knowledge and compliance experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
  • Proven experience managing multiple nursery settings
  • Strong working knowledge of Ofsted standards and EYFS framework
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets and staffing structures
  • Confident leadership presence with the ability to hold managers accountable

  • Lead and performance-manage Nursery Managers across multiple sites
  • Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor occupancy, staffing ratios, and budget performance
  • Implement and review operational policies and quality standards
  • Support recruitment, succession planning, and staff development
  • Build professional relationships with parents and external agencies
