What We’re Looking For

• Experience working within a childcare or early years setting (essential).
• Maths and English GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• A warm, caring, and professional approach with a genuine passion for early years education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK driving licence required due to the rural woodland location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through creative play and structured activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal times, hygiene, and outdoor learning sessions.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
