What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Room Leader in running your room effectively and safely
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that follow EYFS guidelines
• Ensure every child’s safety, wellbeing, and development are prioritised
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Assist with operational tasks such as staff scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance
• Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to the team and families
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the nursery
