What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
• Strong working knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks
• Confidence leading teams and managing compliance

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and learning
• Maintain and build on Ofsted and EYFS compliance, always inspection-ready
• Support, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals
• Manage occupancy, staffing, and standards to keep the nursery thriving
