Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £28,000 | 40 Hours per Week

Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in a beautiful nursery that provides high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged three months to five years.
The nursery is designed to support every child’s growth, curiosity, and happiness — and they’re looking for someone who shares that vision.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be part of a nurturing and collaborative team providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. You'll support children in all areas of learning and development through play, planning, and positive interaction. What They're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery or childcare setting
- A genuine passion for supporting early development
- A caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Strong communication and observation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Observe, record, and assess children’s development and progress
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality childcare
- Support the emotional, physical, and educational needs of each child
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and other nursery policies
