What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS principles, safeguarding, and child development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3), you will:
- Provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
- Observe, track, and assess children’s progress, adapting learning plans to individual needs.
- Promote a safe, clean, and secure nursery environment that meets all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates and supporting each child’s unique journey.
