What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of EYFS principles, safeguarding, and child development.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3), you will:

  • Provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
  • Observe, track, and assess children’s progress, adapting learning plans to individual needs.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and secure nursery environment that meets all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates and supporting each child’s unique journey.
