Nursery Practitioner – £13 per hour – Full Time or Part Time Hours

Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team and provide high-quality care and education for children across the nursery. With flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 full days, ideally 5), this is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the early years.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (Level 3 preferred)
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient, and inclusive approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Someone available to start as soon as possible

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating safe, stimulating, and welcoming environments across different nursery rooms
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Acting as a key person, observing and recording children’s progress
• Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety standards are met
