Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Early Years) – £13–£14 per hour – Full Time

Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery, is looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and helping children thrive.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can develop, learn, and grow.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, caring, and committed to creating a positive environment for children

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel safe and valued
• Planning and leading fun, educational activities that support children’s development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety are maintained at all times
• Contributing to observations and assessments to track children’s progress
