Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Early Years) – £13–£14 per hour – Full Time
Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery, is looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and helping children thrive.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can develop, learn, and grow.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, caring, and committed to creating a positive environment for children

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel safe and valued
- Planning and leading fun, educational activities that support children’s development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety are maintained at all times
- Contributing to observations and assessments to track children’s progress
