What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Sound understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s early learning, wellbeing, and development

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and support creative, age-appropriate learning experiences
