What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • A genuine passion for early years and helping children grow.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing, positive approach.
  • Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for hands-on learning.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and purposeful activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles.
  • Build strong, warm relationships with children and families to create a secure, nurturing environment.
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to their developmental profiles.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and cared for.
