This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a caring team that values creativity, compassion, and connection.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll create inspiring, child-led learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence. You’ll support each child’s individual journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), working closely with families and your colleagues to provide a safe, happy, and stimulating environment.

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, flexible, and caring approach to every day.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Christmas closure so you can enjoy the festive season

- Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journeys.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain the nursery’s Good Ofsted rating.
- Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and early learning development.
