Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) - Up to £29,000

 

The nursery is a small, calm setting with a child-centred approach to early years care. You will work closely with the room team to support children aged 3 months to 5 years, helping to maintain a stable and nurturing environment. The nursery is set in a peaceful location with large outdoor space and a separate building for pre-school children.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Reliable, professional approach to safeguarding and standards
  • Ability to work well within a team and support room routines

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily room routines, including care, play, and learning activities
  • Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities across the EYFS
  • Build positive relationships with children and parents
  • Work with the team to maintain safeguarding and quality standards
  • Observe and record children’s progress, sharing updates with the room lead
  • Support room-level organisation and daily administration
