Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Up to £14.70 per hour

 

The setting has a calm, home-like feel, where the focus is on building genuine relationships with the children and supporting them through this key stage of development. The work is hands-on and it suits someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day rather than standing back. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential, along with at least a year’s experience working with children aged 2–5, and the confidence to contribute meaningfully within the room.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year’s experience working with children aged 2–5
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Ability to work confidently within a nursery team

  • Support children’s development through play and structured routines
  • Observe and record children’s progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment
  • Work closely with colleagues across the nursery
