Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - £26,000–£28,000

 

This nursery is busy and engaging, where children learn through doing - from group activities and imaginative play indoors to hands-on time in the garden, growing and exploring in the vegetable patch. The focus is on building confidence, independence, and social skills so children are genuinely ready for school.

 

Before You Apply

  • This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • You must have recent experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.

  • Salary: £26,000–£28,000 per year
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
  • Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Ability to work consistently within established routines

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver planned activities that support learning and development
  • Support children in building independence and social skills
  • Observe and record children’s progress in line with EYFS
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures
  • Communicate clearly with parents and colleagues
