Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | Up to £28,000 | Full-Time Opportunity

Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a new and exciting setting?


Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team at a welcoming, child-focused nursery where care, curiosity, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do. Set in a warm and homely space, this nursery offers a safe and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to explore, play, and thrive. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and supporting each child’s learning journey at their own pace.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent – essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, child-led learning environment that supports every child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Encourage outdoor play in a well-equipped, all-weather garden space to support physical and exploratory learning
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of care and education
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, acting as a key person and offering consistent, individualised support
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive setting, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed
