Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | Up to £28,000 | Full-Time Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team at a welcoming, child-focused nursery where care, curiosity, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do. What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent – essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive, child-led learning environment that supports every child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Encourage outdoor play in a well-equipped, all-weather garden space to support physical and exploratory learning
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of care and education
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, acting as a key person and offering consistent, individualised support
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive setting, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed
