  • Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • A caring, creative, and inclusive approach to early childhood development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  • Competitive salary up to £31,000, depending on experience
  • Clear progression pathways and regular training opportunities
  • Company pension scheme
  • Generous company sick pay
  • Additional day off for your birthday
  • Long service awards to recognise your contribution
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support
  • A welcoming, purpose-built nursery designed with comfort, creativity, and calm in mind

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team within your designated room to deliver outstanding care and education
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children’s development
  • Monitor and track progress, maintaining accurate observations and records
  • Build strong relationships with families and carers, promoting effective communication
  • Ensure the room meets all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
  • Support the wider nursery team and leadership with ideas, energy, and professionalism
