Nursery Room Leader | Up to £30,000 | 40 Hours per week | Level 3 Early Years

They are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join their team—someone who brings energy, warmth, and a commitment to making a real difference in children’s early years.
What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
- Sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A warm, positive attitude and a passion for helping children thrive
- A commitment to inclusive, high-quality practice and ongoing learning
