What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

As Nursery Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and manage your own nursery room, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Support, guide, and mentor a team of practitioners to deliver excellent care and education.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children’s progress, contributing to observations and reports.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
