This full-time role (40 hours per week) is ideal for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner ready to step into leadership, or an experienced Room Leader looking for a new challenge. What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

As Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage your own nursery room, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Support, guide, and mentor a team of practitioners to deliver excellent care and education.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and record children’s progress, contributing to observations and reports.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
