Operations Manager – Care & Nursing Homes | Up to £65,000 

 

This role is for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in care or nursing homes, supporting older adults. You’ll take accountability for operational performance, compliance, and quality across a portfolio of luxury services in the Swindon area. In return, you’ll receive a senior regional role with autonomy, progression, and a strong benefits package, including a company car and bonus scheme.

What You’ll Need:

  • NMC registration (nurse-qualified).

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes.

  • Background supporting older adults services.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

  • Lead operational performance across a portfolio of care and nursing homes.
