What You’ll Need: Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN Strong clinical background and post-qualification experience Experience working within a nursing home environment Ability to manage a fast-paced day shift and make sound clinical decisions Must be able to drive due to limited public transport We cannot accept newly qualified Nurses for this role What You’ll Do: Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment. Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence. Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents. Use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs and escalate when required. Support residents and families with clear communication and a professional approach.
