Registered Home Manager – Residential & Nursing Care | Up to £70,000 | Leadership Role


Our client is a well-established care provider looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a residential home with plans to expand into nursing care. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a nurse-qualified manager with experience running large homes, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and developing services as the home grows, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and outstanding care for residents.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager in residential or large nursing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations and compliance standards.
  • Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting wellbeing.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and large teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the residential home, supporting plans to expand into nursing care.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement high-quality care plans for residents.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to meet service objectives.
  • Mentor, support, and develop the team to maintain high standards of care.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
