Registered Manager – Specialist Neurological Care & Rehabilitation

Salary: Up to £65,000 per year (dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a dedicated specialist service supporting adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions. This well-established service provides both long-term care and rehabilitation, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and personalised outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Manager experience within health and social care.
  • Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) preferred, or Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, local authority processes, and quality improvement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in delivering outstanding, safe, and person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Maintain and improve CQC ratings, working closely with regulators and local authorities.
  • Oversee the safe and effective delivery of person-centred care for adults with complex neurological needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and service development plans.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
