Registered Nurse – Nights (RGN or RMN)
£23 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | Dementia & Nursing Care

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a fresh opportunity to make a meaningful impact in older adult care? We’re recruiting for night shifts at a care home currently transitioning from residential to full nursing provision – an exciting time to be part of something new.
Whether you’re an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), if you bring clinical expertise and a passion for person-centred care, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Registered Nurse - Nights, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, many of whom live with dementia or other age-related conditions. You’ll be part of a supportive team helping to establish and grow a new nursing culture within the home.
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Experience working in elderly care, dementia care, or similar settings
- Confidence working independently on night shifts
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care during night shifts
- Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and monitor clinical interventions
- Assess residents’ conditions and escalate concerns where needed
- Support and guide care assistants in best practices
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate with families and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment
