Staff Nurse (RGN) – Night Shifts | £24 per hour | Part-Time Hours, 2 shifts per week 

Our client is looking for an experienced and caring Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work night shifts in their beautiful, welcoming nursing home. This part-time role (12-hour shifts) offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults, delivering high-quality nursing care in a calm and respectful environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
• Experience in a care home or older adult setting is desirable but not essential
• Strong clinical knowledge and a compassionate, proactive approach to care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for providing respectful and dignified care to older people

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate person-centred nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
• Support health, wellbeing, and dignity for each resident
• Promote a safe and supportive environment and act promptly on safeguarding concerns
• Supervise care staff and contribute to ongoing professional development within the team
