Registered Nurse RGN or RMN – Night Shifts – 48 Hours – £21 per hour

 

You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built nursing home supporting older adults, including residents living with dementia, in a setting that feels calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

 

Before You Apply

What You’ll Need

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Recent experience working in a nursing home
  • Experience supporting older adults and residents with dementia
  • Confidence managing a shift independently

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the night shift as the Nurse in Charge
  • Deliver and oversee clinical care for residents with nursing and dementia needs
  • Administer medication and complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes in condition
  • Support and supervise care staff on shift
  • Maintain compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
