Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Night Shifts, Full-Time Hours | £22.40 per hour

About the Role

Working nights as part of a dedicated nursing team, you’ll provide high-quality care, clinical oversight, and emotional support to residents, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each shift. You’ll use your professional judgment to make confident decisions, support care colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of practice.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or dementia care environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and sound understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and care planning.
  • Confident, compassionate, and proactive approach to nursing leadership.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care and clinical support to residents throughout the night.
  • Carry out assessments, administer medication, and oversee care plans.
  • Lead and guide the night team, ensuring safe staffing levels and effective handovers.
  • Respond to clinical emergencies and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with NMC and CQC standards.
  • Promote a warm, respectful, and homely environment that supports residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
