What You’ll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Confidence managing staff and organising room routines

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operation of your nursery room
• Manage planning in line with EYFS and children’s developmental stages
• Supervise and support practitioners within the room
• Monitor observations, assessments and learning records
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety compliance
• Build professional relationships with parents and carers
