Nursery Teacher (QTS Qualified) – Up to £35,000

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Teacher with QTS to take an active role in early years teaching and school readiness. The nursery offers a settled, supportive working environment with clear expectations and time to focus on what matters most for children.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality early years teaching aligned with the EYFS
• Lead and oversee school readiness planning and practice
• Monitor children’s progress and support smooth transitions to Reception
• Maintain strong safeguarding standards and act appropriately on concerns
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support individual needs
• Contribute to a consistent, well-organised nursery environment

What You’ll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to update immediately)
• Confidence working independently and taking lead responsibility
