Room Leader – Baby Room | Beautiful Setting | £32,500

Our client is looking for a confident and nurturing Level 3 Room Leader to lead their baby room within a beautifully designed nursery filled with light, warmth, and curiosity.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven experience working with babies in an Early Years setting (Desirable)
• Previous Room Leader experience or similar senior role
• A warm, nurturing approach with strong knowledge of child development
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for early years care

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the baby room, ensuring high standards of care and organisation
• Create a calm, nurturing environment that supports secure attachments
• Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
• Monitor children’s development, including observations and next steps
• Support, guide, and supervise staff within the room
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for babies
