What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven success as a Registered Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience in turning around services or improving CQC ratings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing care home budgets.
- A passion for promoting dignity, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Confidently lead inspections and implement robust action plans for ongoing improvement.
