Clinical Lead Nurse
Job description
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Clinical Lead Nurse – £47,500 | 40 Hours | Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their leadership team at a luxury care home offering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. With a strong commitment to dignity, safety, and individualised support, the service provides a warm and welcoming environment where clinical standards are as important as kindness and connection.
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) — ideal for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on a key leadership role while still remaining close to hands-on care.
Please note: due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting (essential)
- Solid background in older adults’ care, including dementia support
- Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a calm, confident presence
- A genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement
What’s On Offer
- Paid NMC renewal fee
- Paid breaks – because your time matters
- Enhanced rates for bank holidays
- Employee Assistance Programme – confidential wellbeing and counselling support
- Paid DBS check
- Paid induction and full training
- Clear progression pathways and career development support
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure safe medication administration and best-practice clinical interventions
- Support with care planning, risk assessments, and audits
- Monitor the quality and compliance of care in line with regulatory standards
- Act as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
