What You’ll Need

• Active NMC registration (RGN)
• Senior nursing experience (Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse)
• Experience within a nursing home
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS, and compliance requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards
• Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement
• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards
• Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff
• Collaborate with management to support safe, effective service delivery
