42 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a proven track record in clinical leadership? If you’re ready to take on a rewarding managerial role, our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and deliver exceptional, patient-centred care.
In this role you will guide and support the nursing team to maintain the highest standards of care for residents. Your responsibilities will include managing staff rotas, conducting performance appraisals, leading clinical audits, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans — all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current, valid nursing license
- Proven experience in a clinical managerial or supervisory role
