Domiciliary Care Manager | Up to £35,000 | 37.5 Hours per Week

 

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and grow their well-established home care service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care in the community and wants to make a real difference to people’s lives.

 

The service supports individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the care team, ensuring compliance, and driving quality and performance across the service.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care – Leadership & Management
  • Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within domiciliary/home care
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and care standards
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Passionate about promoting independence and delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the domiciliary care team and service operations
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, and risk management
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor performance, drive improvements, and meet KPIs
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the service
