Domiciliary Care Manager | Up to £35,000 | 37.5 Hours per Week
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and grow their well-established home care service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care in the community and wants to make a real difference to people’s lives.
The service supports individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the care team, ensuring compliance, and driving quality and performance across the service.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care – Leadership & Management
- Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager (essential)
- In-depth knowledge and experience within domiciliary/home care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and care standards
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Passionate about promoting independence and delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the domiciliary care team and service operations
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and risk management
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Monitor performance, drive improvements, and meet KPIs
- Contribute to the growth and development of the service
