Domiciliary Care Manager – Up to £45,000 | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
• Solid background in domiciliary or home care services
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting others to live independently

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
• Manage and support care staff, promoting development and well-being
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
• Conduct care assessments, reviews, and ensure accurate documentation
• Work closely with families, professionals, and community stakeholders
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care teams
