Healthcare Assistant (Level 2/3 Health & Social Care)
Salary: From £23,500 per year
Shifts: Full-time – Day or Night shifts available

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly team in a beautifully designed, purpose-built care home for older adults. This full-time role is available on either day or night shifts, with excellent training, support, and development opportunities.

Whether you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, if you’re passionate about person-centred care and supporting older people with dignity and respect, we’d love to hear from you.

What They’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
• Previous experience in a care setting, ideally with older adults
• A compassionate and reliable approach to delivering care
• A team player with strong communication skills

• Supporting daily routines such as washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes
• Building meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families
• Promoting dignity, wellbeing, and safety at all times
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and senior staff
• Assisting with care plans and record-keeping
• Supporting new colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a values-led team
